On Thursday, June 17, 2010, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre held its Annual Meeting of the Corporation. Three, three-year vacancies were filled.

Returning to the Board of Directors for a three-year term is: Sharon Cole Paterson. Joining the Board for the first time are: Nadine Doucette and Karen McDaid.

Continuing their terms of office on the Board are: Angèle Brunelle, Gil Labine, Ron Nelson, Susan Fraser Wilson, Steve Henderson, Stella Rose Osawamick-Hogan, and Jay Storeshaw.

The 15-member Board includes the following ex-officio Directors:

Ron Saddington, President and CEO
Dr. George Derbyshire, Chief of Staff
Dr. Stephen French, President, Medical Staff
Dr. Gabriel Mapeso, Vice President, Medical Staff
Dr. Roger Strasser, Dean, Northern Ontario School of Medicine

Officers of the Corporation are:
