New Chief of Staff at TBRHSC

On behalf of the Board, Senior Management Team, staff and volunteers I want to congratulate Dr. Blair Schoales on his appointment to the position of Assistant Dean, Admissions at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine (NOSM).

With this appointment, Dr. Schoales will be leaving his responsibilities as the Health Sciences Centre’s Chief of Staff.

During his tenure of more than six years as Chief of Staff, our organization benefited greatly from Dr. Schoales’ leadership. He was truly committed to and passionate about seeing a continuous improvement in the medical care provided to the people of this region.

We wish him well in his new role at NOSM.

I am also pleased to announce that Dr. Andrew Turner has agreed to act as Chief of Staff while a formal search for a new Chief of Staff is completed.
