The Foundation, in partner with Spiritual & Religious Care Services at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, will be holding a Memorial Service to provide support to family and friends of all faiths and spiritualities to cope with the loss of a loved one. It will be a time to remember to honour them.

We invite you to join us in remembering that special someone who is no longer with us.

The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, May 1st, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre, Auditorium - third level.

Tours of our Multi-Faith Centre and the Legacy of Care Memorial Recognition Wall will be provided to those interested at the end of the service. Please RSVP by April 25th, 2005.

Free parking in Parking Lot A1 will be provided to those attending the service. Lot A1 is located across from the Main Entrance.
